Its peaceful and ideal hotel with accommodating staff on the receptionist. Favourable central location, close enough to all tourist spots as well as Old Town and river. Besides, very convenient to an ancient fortress.

It had central location close to scenic ruins. The room was contemporary & nicely furnished with for ventilation and comfortable furnishings, for instance.

Fully equipped hip new hotel with very supportive and professional staff on the receptionist. Location - best possible just off the Old Town, Rike Park and the Peace Bridge, cable cars, Botanical Gardens and the Narikala Fortress. Also, near everything. Tastefully decorated, brand-new room with smart design.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decor of the hotel, especially the elegant lobby area. It made me feel like I was stepping into a luxurious retreat. The general areas were kept clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were ramps and handrails throughout the premises, which made it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.

I would have preferred if there were more services available specifically tailored to senior guests. It would have been nice to have assistance from the staff, especially since some of the children working there seemed less attentive and more focused on their own tasks.

The rooms at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town are seriously awesome! They've got everything you need - 24-hour room service, air conditioning, and free WiFi. And the best part? The comfy beds and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. I slept like a baby!

Honestly, the only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the air conditioning. It was a bit noisy for my taste, but hey, that's just me.

Caring personnel is on the receptionist. It has absolutely perfect, convenient setting, close enough to the presidential palace and other tourist attractions and Sioni Cathedral and Erekle II street. Also, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from a Kura river.

Everything was fantastic, including varied breakfasts with hot dishes and excellent omelettes, as example.

Its location was central, near a Georgian Orthodox church.

The highlight of my stay at Mercure was definitely the terrace bar. The views of the Mtkvari river and Narikala fortress were simply breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring Tbilisi. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's conveniently located near the airport and is a great place to stay for a city trip, with all the attractions easily accessible by foot.

We were in a favourable location within walking distance of a shaped pedestrian bridge.

It has favourable and unbeatable location with wine bars and eateries near the place.

Location: the hotel was really close to most special attractions, supermarkets, exchange offices and atms, Moscow of Aeroflot airline, and the bazaar. Ate at Tiflis Veranda Restaurant, it's just a short walk away from the venue. The room was very nicely furnished with a panoramic view to old town:)))

Impeccably clean place with stunning view over the old town. Unbeatable location in Old Tbilisi district next to bars, and the touristic attractions. Also, to the 4th-century fortress.
